WHEN A YOUTH PARTICIPATES IN ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS, THEY:
- Take frequent, mandatory breaks at least every 45 minutes.
- Learn proper stretching techniques to prevent fatigue and long-term injury.
- Stay hydrated and active (we always encourage water bottles!).
- Head outside for fresh air and light physical activity.
